2026-08-29 update. Fifteen Apply-level questions were added to close the -11% Apply shortfall flagged in the original recommendations: three to Common Challenges (losing keys, getting out the door, restarting a collapsed routine) and twelve to Best Practices (capture systems, next actions, time logging, adapting Pomodoro, body doubling, accountability partners, the weekly review, preparing for an evaluation, tracking medication response, requesting accommodations, reminders without nagging, family meetings). All are procedural "how do I" questions with step-level answers drawn from the Chapters 9-10 toolkit and the school, work, and family chapters. Apply now sits at 26% against a 25% target, and every new answer addresses both readers where the procedure differs by role.
